Auch das spezielle PTFE Fett in den Kugellagern kann von -30 bis +260\u00b0C eingesetzt werden und zeigt keinerlei Reaktion mit dem Wasserstoff. Somit reichen kleine Filter aus, um den mechanischen Abrieb der Drehschieber zu filtern.<\/p>\n<p>Zwei fertigen Anlagenmodule bei unserem Kunden <a href=\"https:\/\/silica.berlin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SILICA Verfahrenstechnik GmbH<\/a> vor der Auslieferung. Je Modul 3 Z04 Pumpen mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von jeweils 80m\u00b3\/h.<\/p>\n<p>#Gaspumpen #Gaszirkulation #F\u00f6rderpumpen #Elektrolyse #Wasserstoff #greentec<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Gas circulation pumps <a href=\"https:\/\/finkct.de\/en\/produkte\/gaszirkulationspumpen\/zyklon-z04-gaszirkulationspumpe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zyklon Z04<\/a> for recirculating hydrogen for drying after electrolysis.<\/p>\n<p>As a dry-running pump, it does not contaminate any oil into the hydrogen. The special PTFE grease in the ball bearings can also be used from -30 to +260\u00b0C and shows no reaction with the hydrogen. Small filters are therefore sufficient to filter the mechanical abrasion of the rotary vanes.<\/p>\n<p>Two finished system modules at our customer <a href=\"https:\/\/silica.berlin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SILICA Verfahrenstechnik GmbH<\/a> before delivery.
