Die L\u00f6sungsfindung f\u00fcr die Aufgabenstellung des Kunden hat die h\u00f6chste Priorit\u00e4t. So kommen dann selbst gefertigte Zahnradpumpen zum Auftragen winzigster Mengen zum Einsatz. Angetrieben mit Schrittmotor und Magnetkupplung, inkl. Sensorik zum \u00dcberwachen der Drehbewegung der Zahnr\u00e4der.<\/p>\n<p>Dosieraufgabe:<br \/>\n0,01 &#8211; 0,1g je Dosierung<br \/>\n50-60 Dosierungen pro Minute<\/p>\n<p>Ready for delivery, 3 pieces of 4-fold gear pumps for adhesive dosing.<br \/>\nWe don&#8217;t actually have any gear pumps in our range, but we take customer specific solution very seriously. Finding a solution to the customer&#8217;s problem has the highest priority. Own manufactured gear pumps are then used to apply tiny quantities.
